Founder/CEO of Musas® Community and Academy. Mentor in personal transformation and triple-impact entrepreneurship, keynote speaker, author of the bestselling book *Talking to Dragons*, host of the *Musas Inspire* podcast, and investor in women-led triple-impact companies. Since 2017, through her programs and courses, she has been helping women heal, transform, empower their leadership, and launch regenerative projects.
Co-founder and President of business networks including the Sustainable Construction Council (CCCS) and Family Business Network (FBN). She has served on the Board of Directors for the World Green Building Council, Women Economic Forum Colombia, and Sistema B Colombia. She was a negotiator for the Sustainable Development Goals, the Minamata Convention, and the Convention on Biological Diversity. She coordinated international environmental cooperation strategies such as Vision Amazonia and held leadership positions at the Ministry of Environment in Colombia and The Nature Conservancy.
As an investor on Shark Tank Colombia (2019-2021), she promoted socially and environmentally sustainable entrepreneurship led by women. She has spent years exploring new ways to lead and do business, particularly from the perspective of feminine leadership and the promotion of regenerative and triple-impact entrepreneurship. Her purpose is to leverage businesses—powerful actors in the economy and market—to solve the problems of people and the planet. She has demonstrated the value of stepping out of one's comfort zone to build the evolution of the system.
Alejandra’s personal coach was Tim Kelley, a pioneer in purpose-driven leadership. She holds a diploma in systemic constellations from Ingala Robl and has studied various healing and personal development modalities, including certifications in Shamanic and Evolutionary Astrology from Carpa Lunar, Priestess Presence Academy in female leadership and archetypes, Extraordinary Growth Academy by Lenka Lutonska, Gene Keys, and financial abundance with Andrés Morales.
